Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LeadGod(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

LeadGod operates a lead-generation and referral platform. We connect consumers seeking professional services (e.g., personal injury attorneys, solar installers, insurance agents) with vetted service providers in our buyer network.

LeadGod is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any professional services. Information provided through our chat or site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Consumer use of the Service

If you submit information through our intake:

• You consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email by LeadGod and the service providers we match you with
• You confirm the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You understand that submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client, agent-client, or any other professional relationship with LeadGod
• No professional relationship is formed until you and a service provider expressly agree to engage
• You may withdraw consent for future contact at any time per our Privacy Policy

5. Buyer use of the Service

Service providers ("Buyers") who purchase leads through our marketplace agree to additional terms:

• You will only use lead information for the legitimate purpose of contacting the consumer about their stated inquiry
• You will comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN- SPAM, GLBA, HIPAA (where applicable), and state-specific consumer protection statutes
• You will honor consumer opt-outs immediately and maintain your own DNC list
• You will not share or resell lead information to third parties
• You will not contact consumers about products or services unrelated to their stated inquiry
• You hold all required licenses and insurance to provide the services you advertise (e.g., active state bar admission, insurance license, contractor license)
• You will not engage in deceptive or misleading practices

Violation may result in immediate suspension and refund denial.

6. Lead pricing, payment, refunds

Leads are priced per-lead by score tier or via subscription. Specific pricing is shown in the Buyer dashboard at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card information.

Refund policy. Leads are non-refundable except in the following cases, verifiable on request:

• Phone number is disconnected or wrong
• Lead claims they did not request contact
• Lead is outside the geographic area you purchased
• Duplicate of a lead you previously purchased within 30 days

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via legal@leadgod.ai. Refunds approved at our discretion based on the evidence provided. Stripe processing fees are not refundable.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Any lead will result in a paying client or sale
• Any specific lead volume will be delivered
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific case has merit, value, or will result in any particular outcome

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadGod and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadGodharmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party right.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by LeadGod or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account by emailing legal@leadgod.ai. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and arbitration) will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Miami, Florida, under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or class arbitration.

Exception: claims for injunctive relief or small-claims court actions may be brought in their respective forums.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
